Very low acids make the palate approachable with vanilla bean on the front, followed by baking chocolate balanced with fresh black plum and a smooth, velvety finish. A versatile pairing red, it's great with herbed chicken, roast duck, turkey, falafal and tapenade and acidic foods like onions and tomatoes.
