Club Terms

Membership Commitment

  • A minimum of four quarterly collections is required.

  • Early cancellation incurs a $100 termination fee.

Payment Authorization

  • The card on file is authorized for all club collections, purchases, and fees.

Pickup & Unclaimed Wine Policy

Ownership & Washington State Law

  • By law, once wine is paid for, ownership transfers to the customer.

  • Page Cellars does not own uncollected wine; we are temporarily holding it on your behalf.

  • Because we cannot provide indefinite free storage, timelines are strictly enforced.

Pickup Window

  • Wines must be collected within 60 days of release.

  • After 60 days, wines are not guaranteed. Substitutions of equal value may be made at our discretion.

Missed Pickups & Membership Status

  • Missing three consecutive pickups will automatically switch your account to Delivery status.

  • Future releases will be shipped to the address on file, with shipping charges billed to your card.

Year-End Resolution of Unclaimed Wine

  • Any unclaimed wines remaining at year-end will be shipped at the member’s expense.

  • We will attempt to contact you, but it is your responsibility to keep your address and payment method current.

  • Orders that are declined, refused, or returned will be considered refused product. Refused wines may be donated at the winery’s discretion.

Cancellation & Holds

  • Requests must be submitted in writing (email) at least 30 days before a release.

Age Requirement

  • Membership is restricted to adults 21+ years.
